A Jay Mar receipt of purchase is always required. Refunds for cash or credit card purchases (Visa, Master Card, Discover, Debit or American Express) are given within 20 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging, Damaged or open packages will not be accepted. Special or custom ordered merchandise is not returnable. Returns for seasonal merchandise may be returned up to seven (7) prior to the holiday.

Un-used items are returnable within 20 days. Paper sheets, foam boards, pens, pencils, erasers and books are not returnable.

Only packaged items are acceptable for return within 20 days of purchase. Yard signs, hats, leis, catering supplies, cake boxes, cake boards, and any other non-packaged items are not returnable.

Jay Mar follows established guidelines of the Florida Department of Revenue.

• Exempt organizations must provide Jay Mar with a copy of their Consumer's Certificate of Exemption before making tax-exempt purchases.
• The Consumer's Certificate of Exemption is to be used solely for the organization's non-profit activities. 
• Purchases by the exempt organizations are only exempt when the Consumer's Certificate of Exemption is presented to Jay Mar or is on file with Jay Mar and payment is made by the organization's check or charge. 
• Therefor we can not accept cash for Charitable Organization's purchases.
• Florida Certificates of Resale Registration are accepted provided that the items purchased are consumed in the generation of items for resale to the consumer. This would include; paint, mediums, solvents, canvas, paper, pencils and varnishes etc. Excluded items would include; brushes, easels, tools, books and any other non-consumable items.
